Returns and Refunds Policy
At Rear View, all of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is specially created once you place an order. Because of this, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges under specific circumstances.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- Your order is defective
If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. Once confirmed, we will either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund — whichever works best for you.
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, and photos to help you make a confident choice before purchasing. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to reach out with questions before placing your order.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect shipping address, or
- Missed pickup at the post office
You may choose to either:
- Have the order reprinted (with an additional charge), or
- Receive a partial refund.
Please note: The additional charge or refund amount may vary depending on your order and shipping location. It is calculated as the shipping cost plus 50% of the product cost.
