We cover all customs charges for all Prints and Gear catagories.
For our Handmade editions we dont cover the import customs costs which will be an extra cost of usually 20% for EU and some other US states. That will be charged once the item is shipped with the courier.

Please note that art with different packaging requirements are shipped separately, so your order could arrive in as many as 3 separate deliveries.

To start a return, please reach out to our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging, showing the damage.
Our team will review and get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.

If your art is damaged on arrival, please take a few photos of the delivered item (including packaging) with the damage visible and then contact us along with your order details immediately, preferably within 30 days.
Please do not return any damaged items until we’ve told you to do so.

All of our products are made-to-order, created only after you place an order. Because of this, returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective.
We work hard to ensure sizes, dimensions, descriptions and photos are accurate to help you choose confidently.

Typically for art, it takes 3-5 business days after your order is processed. In total, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days.
