Where your package is depends on the status of your order. When you place an order you’ll receive an email providing confirmation. Once the order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you another email confirming the shipment. If you have not received any emails, please check your Spam folder. It depends on your local postal services but please check the address before ordering as sometimes if the address is wrong or there is an issue at the address they will send it back to us and we will have to send it again once we hear from you. So please double check everything is correct.
If we receive an order back at our warehouse, we will notify you by email. Once we confirm that your address and phone number is correct, we will happily send it again -free of charge.
