Where your package is depends on the status of your order. When you place an order you’ll receive an email providing confirmation. Once the order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you another email confirming the shipment. If you have not received any emails, please check your Spam folder. If you still can’t find them, get in touch with our customer care team who will be happy to assist you further.
No, all relevant information is sent digitally via email. There will be no pricing information included in the packaging. Ideal for gifts!
This very rarely happens, but when it does we understand it’s a pain. Check the shipping times for your country and once the time has passed, please get in touch with us and provide your order number. We’ll do the best we can to assist you.
It depends on your local postal services but please check the address before ordering as sometimes if the address is wrong or there is an issue at the address they will send it back to us and we will have to send it again once we hear from you. So please double check everything is correct.
If we receive an order back at our warehouse, we will notify you by email. Once we confirm that your address and phone number is correct, we will happily send it again -free of charge.
Recent orders and tracking can take up to 24 hours to be fully activated. Please don’t worry, even when it seems like there’s nothing going on, the order will be updating! If after 24 hours you see no change, please get into contact with our customer care team.
We aim to send as few packages as possible, however customer satisfaction is our number one aim and we like to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This sometimes means some orders will be ready before others, and will be sent beforehand.
Our cut off times are usually between 1st – 14th of Dec depending on the destination. For all orders, please check the dispatch times and delivery times to make sure it will turn up in time. This is the busiest time of the year for us please check the dispatch times and delivery times. Give yourself enough time for the package to arrive.
We are a small team trying our best to make every customer happy. We will accept returns if you are unhappy with the purchase and guarantee to cover the item if it gets lost or damaged in transit. Buy with confidence knowing we are there to help with any common issue.
But since we are only human there are things out of our control and things we are unable to guarantee. Once the item leaves us we have no control over the postal services. We cannot guarantee postal times and can only give postal averages. Sometimes things will get damaged in transit, and you can contact us so that we can find a solution for you.
Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot add any further items. However, if you get in touch with one of our top quality customer service agents, they can arrange a new order for you without a shipping charge.

Our search function allows different keywords when searching for different products. A search including F1 will include all of our F1 offerings, or if you’re looking for a specific car brand you can type that in too.
We’ve also helpfully split our inventory into different categories which you can browse at your leisure.
You don’t have to register at Rear View Prints to buy products from us.
You can change your shopping cart right up until the final confirmation. You can add extra prints and products or additional frames whenever you want. Furthermore, if you’re not happy with what’s there, you can click the small “x” icon next to quantity to remove, ready to be replaced with something better!
Once you’ve made a final decision and checked out, you will receive an email notification ina few minutes.

Please note, it is not always possible to cancel an order depending on the production status. But, you can always return an order free of charge if you aren’t happy!

We do not print our invoices and therefore no price information is included in the packaging. You’ll receive an email with all relevant information once your last order has shipped.
Since we don’t provide paper receipts, you are safe to send your package as a gift to a recipient without them seeing the price.
We don’t however offer gift wrapping but you can include a special note when you checkout!
Rear View Prints posters are guaranteed high quality. We stock gallery-quality premium prints that are made of 200 g/m² art paper with a matte finish.
Our frames are made from high-quality classic wood frame in Perspex glaze.

When you pay via PayPal or by credit card, the payment is completed instantly.
Since we produce on demand, your order will go into production as soon as the payment has been captured. This happens immediately for all payment methods.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to arrange an return please email our Customer Support team with your order number who will look after your query.
There are times we can offer full refunds just get in touch with our team and explain the issue. If we offer you a refund this is the end of our obligations to you and we treat the transaction as cancelled.
Refunds can take up to 14 days after receiving your return in satisfactory condition (unused and in original packaging). Please note, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment and can take up to 5-14 business days.

The frame would be an additional 2 cm on each side. For example, a framed 30 x 40 cm art work will be 34 x 44 cm.
